Returns

Due to the nature of our research products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. This policy helps maintain product integrity and quality standards.

Returns may only be considered if:

  • The wrong product was received.
  • The item arrived damaged during shipping.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

If you believe you qualify for a return, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored.

Order Cancellations
